Three easy steps, detailed below, support our philosophy of making custom storage organizers easily accessibile to everyone.


Every custom storage organizer starts with a free in-home consultation at a time convenient for you. We’ll listen closely to understand all of your needs and ideas and answer any questions you may have about our company and products. Design consultations typically last 30 to 90 minutes but we’ll stay as long as necessary.

Using a laser, we’ll accurately measure the space and take note of outlets, lights, windows, and anything else that we may need to consider in the design. We’ll also take a look at your use of the space and an inventory of the items you want to store in it so we can create a design that perfectly fits you. Finally, we’ll show you samples of all of our available finishes and many accessory options and finishing touches to determine the overall look and feel of your unique space.

Within just a couple days typically, we’ll have your 3D proposal ready for you to review. The proposal will clearly show you the spaces in your selected finish and from many different angles. Chosen accessories and an all inclusive price (materials, time, delivery, and installation) will be listed as well. If changes are desired, we’ll work with you as much as necessary — we want to make sure you love the proposal as much as other clients!


When everything about the proposal is just the way you want it, we’ll collect your down payment and begin building each component. Your custom project will be built-to-order to the exact specifications and dimensions of your spaces using the latest and most innovative materials with a focus on sustainability.

At our very own manufacturing facility right here in Seattle, our production team is a group of full-time craftsmen that will handcraft each piece of your project with the highest attention to quality and accuracy. While we offer a limited lifetime warranty for all of our products, we take extra care to build them right the first time so you never have to take us to task on it.

Within a few short days to just a couple weeks, depending on the size and complexity of your project, we’ll be ready to deliver and install your new custom closets.


As the most exciting day of your project approaches, we’ll choose an installation timeframe that works for you. Rest assured our friendly installation team will treat your home as if it were their own while they carefully but quickly and efficiently deliver and install your new custom storage organizers. They’ll protect your walls and floors and when they’re done they’ll clean your new organization system as well as the surrounding space. For your protection and peace of mind, and as required by law, we are licensed (Washington contractor license # SMARTCL918O3), bonded, and insured. Most installations of five or less spaces take just one day while most installations of six or more spaces are completed in two days. Once your new custom storage organizers have been installed, our team will give you a tour of your new system to point out all of the accessories, lighting, and design features, provide tips for care and maintenance, answer any questions, collect your final payment, and above all, make sure you are completely satisfied.

That’s it — your new organizers are ready for your use and enjoyment! We’ll always be available to answer questions or to help adjust and evolve your system to suit your life should your needs change.
