Benefits & Perks

Competitive Wage

Our people are the most important ingredient in our success and we invest in them constantly. We pride ourselves on rewarding great work with great compensation. We offer industry leading pay and frequent pay reviews.

Health Benefits

We provide medical, dental, and vision benefits in the form of an HRA (health reimbursement arrangement). Instead of an employer provided plan that may not be right for you, we help pay for your chosen plan and expenses.

Work-Life Balance

Take time to relax and be with your loved ones and come back refreshed – it’s important! And we’ll pay you for it. We provide 8 paid holidays (10 days) each year plus at least 10 days (more with tenure) of paid time off each year.
