ConsultationThe design consultation is the most important part of the process. This is your opportunity to show us your space, and let us know what you dream of it becoming. We will meet you in your home or business to get to know you and your needs. Together, we will assess your storage needs, take measurements, and review available options and finishes for each solution. The complimentary consultation typically takes about 30 to 90 minutes, depending on the size, scope, and complexity of the solutions you are interested in. |
DesignBased on the information obtained during the consultation, we will create custom layouts, drawings, and quotes for each solution you choose. Typically we can get these to you in three business days or less. We can customize the design and functionality of our products so that your solution not only looks great, but also functions exactly the way you want it to. |
PersonalizeWhile we are experts in space management, we understand that our clients know their needs better than anyone. Once clients review the first round of drawings, they have the option to customize and personalize them further with different layouts, functions, styles, colors, accessories, or hardware choices. We will walk clients through their options and revise drawings until we come up with the perfect solution to cater to the client’s needs. ManufactureOnce the solution is approved, the meticulous manufacturing process begins at our Bellevue manufacturing facility. Every solution that we sell is custom-manufactured specifically for our client’s space using some of the most precise machinery and the best products available. Our manufacturing capabilities and quality standards set us apart from the competition, and guarantee that your finished product will be truly unique. The manufacturing process typically takes 1 to 14 business days depending on the size and complexity of the design, along with the availability of any special order materials. |
InstallationWhen the manufacturing process is complete we will contact you to schedule installation at your convenience. Installation typically takes one day or less. We are honored to be welcomed into our clients’ homes. Our installers are friendly, courteous, and always respectful of the fact that they are working in someone else’s home. All of our installers are full-time employees, and they are equipped with the necessary tools to install your solution, protect your house, and always leave work areas cleaner than when they arrived. You will need to be available for the duration of the installation to inspect the solutions and make final payment upon completion. |
